Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your IS-100 to eServices. You should see "IS-100" with "No Expire" on your 101 card within a few days. If not, please contact 1st Lt Dave Augustine and he'll try to assist you in determining where the delay rests.

To verify your training has been entered correctly into your Specialty Qualification Training Record (SQTR), from the same page you entered information for the specific training:

1. Scroll up and click on blue "SQTR Worksheet" tab. (Screen automatically refreshes)

2. Find "*Achievement" with a drop-down menu at the top left. Choose the appropriate training you want to verify. (Screen automatically refreshes)

3. You should now see your SQTR Worksheet for that specialty. Your name, type membership, CAPID, and Date Issued will appear at the top of the sheet.

4. Look under the columns identified as "Pending Date" and "Date."

  • A date in "Pending Date" indicates your task has yet to be verified. Someone in the up-chain will have to verify this task.
  • A date in "Date" indicates your task has been verified and is complete and you need to do nothing with this task until it expires or is updated.
  • When you see an entry in "Date" beside "Commander Approval for Prerequisites", you can then return to the specialty under the blue tab marked "SQTR Entry" and start entering the data in "Completion Date" and "Trainer CAPID" for the particular tasks under "Commander Approval for Prerequisites", click on the checkbox beside the task, and click on "Submit." Again, you'll see the "pop-up" identifying your task(s) are submitted.

NOTE: If all of tasks in this section are completed, check the "SQTR Worksheet" to make sure the "Date" column is filled. If not, you'll have to go resubmit those tasks.

5. Go through the SQTR Worksheet (item #1 above) verification again, and if your tasks are identified through data in the "Date" column, you can return and submit the data for "Commander Approval for Familiarization and Preparatory Training." Don't forget the checkbox and "Submit."

NOTE: You will need to keep going back and forth between "SQTR Entry" and "SQTR Worksheet" to make sure the data you are entering is going into the "Date" column on the SQTR Worksheet. Any entry with "Commander" in it needs to be verified before you can enter any of the "tasks" in that section. If data displays in the "Pending Date" column, it has to be verified by someone else (the verifying officer) before you can proceed. If you enter information out of sequence (Familiarization and Preparatory Training task before Commander's Approval) your dates will be disapproved. If this happens, you will just get "Disapproved" on the "Click here to show achievements" at the top of the page. If you enter more than one task date, you will then need to compare "SQTR Entry" and "SQTR Worksheet" data to determine which entry wasn't approved.
